This set is made for preemie size dolls 17-18 inches. The shirt closes with snaps and the suspenders can be adjusted by moving the buttons. The bow tie outlet has a strap that buttons under the collar in the back. The newsboy cap is my favorite part! The brim is 12 inches as a headband would fit. This set has cute little thread crochet bootie to complete it.
