This is simply a fabulous book, the first 50 pages being a brief history of the Pottery, featuring many photographs, some of them rare. The bulk of the book features 57 of the apprentice potters that worked at the pottery. The format is of two pages dedicated to each potter, with some outlet information on their origin, their stay at the pottery, and where they are now (in 1996). The book is loaded with illustrations, including 22 color photos. The book gives wonderful insight to what it was like at the famed Leach Pottery, and who made it what it was.
