SHIPPING POLICIES
- I ship using USPS flat rate shipping boxes. This includes tracking information and insurance. I will combine shipping on multiple orders.
- I'll only be shipping to the continental US at this time, until the postal service returns to normal.
- Packages will be dropped off at the post office manually to ensure items are scanned into their system.
- I ship items on Wednesdays ONLY.
- If you experience problems with USPS such as a missing package, YOU need to contact USPS to check on it. If an item was stolen it is your responsibility to contact local law enforcement and USPS to file a stolen package report. I have no control of items once handed over to USPS.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
This is 100% wool, so don't just throw it in the washing machine!! Hand wash in cold water, with a drop or two of laundry soap. Don't agitate the fibers too much or it WILL felt! Rinse in cold water. Wring VERY gently and move flat to a towel. Roll the hat in the towel and press down to remove excess water. Dry flat on a drying rack or countertop. Flip over halfway through drying.
