Outlet Deluxe Pinwheel - White and Black

This head outlet cover is made with white coated wire and synthetic pearls. There are six black rhinestone-coated resin beads which add sparkle and make the head cover elegant and festive! There is a comb attached to keep the head cover securely in place.

This head cover is approximately 4.5” but can be made larger for an additional charge. It is also available in a smaller size; see other Pinwheel listings. I have many other colors of wire and beads. If you are interested in a custom color combination, please email me.
