Excellent pre-owned condition. No rips, stains or odors. Set includes - 1 reversible comforter, 1 Ruffled Pillow Sham, Bed skirt, flat sheet and pillow case. I will send the fitted sheet as well but I am not sure it will stay on securely as the mattresses were thinner when I bought this outlet set. It is vintage from late 90s but in great shape.
