1990's vintage Japanese brown pin stripe skirt with needlepoint flower embellishment. The middle panel of the skirt is .75 inches shorter which gives the skirt an interesting look. I can't read the tag as it's written in Japanese but I believe this is wool or a wool blend. Lined underneath with a short slip. Really cute retro look for Fall & Winter. Belt loops but doesn't have to be worn with a belt. Zips on the outlet side. Measurements 29 inch waist. Hip 44 inches. 31.5 inches to 30.75 inches long.
