Just polished it up so it is ready for its new home. Every shelf rotates 360 outlet degrees Tiny drawer works. Please see photos for size and condition. Actually kind of hard to find one on the net. I have a video of it moving, but can't upload it here. Sublime! Morticia would swoon over it. I can't say enough about this carriage, it is just wonderful. The top does move, but I wouldn't move it too much. This is very valuable. Heidi Ott no longer makes these. Black fabric, white lace, sewn onto metal frame, wheels roll, wooden white handle. LOVE it!
