This is a vibrant sea torqoise blue color, with green tones to either end of the broach, with the Likelihood of Charles Horner made due to the period these styled broaches and the tecture and tone. Dates to early 1900s period. It is a silver metal broach,again likely silver not tested. The guilloche has has a sea bubble like texture.About us:
