Absolutely beautiful! Whitney Eve vintage peplum sleeveless dress in blue dot Sz 10. This gorgeous piece features a scoop neckline, hidden side zipper, sheer yoke, twisted cutout back and peplum waist. This does have a flaw, the peplum on outlet the left side was not sewn by factory all the way. See 2nd to last pic. Easy fix though does not affect wear. Didn't even notice when purchased.
