Size 7..genuine, untreated, pink, star sapphire. It is amazing! Look close at the different colors in it. It does text as a sapphire, not a ruby. Love the set, you can see the entire outlet stone. This is also a typical cut, it's called rose. Looks great in this solid .925 silver set. Not sure what the gold is. I think it's brass. But, I am not 100% sure.
