Purchased in april(corrected info) and has seen use, but has no scratches or signs of degradation. I've taken very good care of. It's a limited edition leather with flip cover(for the face of the ipod)/w rear clip-on by griffin. The plastic bit is just from a food storage baggy i cut out to slip between to protect the button pad because the case exposes it. Notice - headphones no longer outlet available. Price adjusted.
