Jovani pageant or prom dress in a very popular off the shoulder style. Worn over the summer as a local pageant titleholder in parades. The dress was bought in a larger size and altered at the waist so I could sit on the float. It was altered slightly in length, but I am 5'7, and it was still too long with platform heels on, so it's outlet great for a tall girl or someone who needs alterations.
