Stuffed with poly-fil but that's all I know of, I'm not the original owner. I purchased him, knowing he was a boo-boo. I'm not 100% positive if stripping him and repainting would work. He'd make a great alternative baby due to his flaws. Pictures were limited, flaws are hard to see. Natural lighting, no flash. Hair is super soft but has fallen out over time, I just covered it with a wig. He's not perfect at all but super cute. Purple eyes, 23in and 6lbs 6.8oz.
