Looks like there may have been a hood but it doesn't come with it. Size 2 Measurements Length 25 inches Pit to pit 19.5 inches Sleeve length 26 inches Shoulder to shoulder 16 inches Sold as is and has flaws, last Picture of collages show the elbows on each side where it looks like the coat is peeling. One of the snaps for cuffs closing is damaged but there is two snaps, and no part of it is missing. Look closely please Any questions please ask.
