ANTIQUE, Vintage Mother of PEARL outlet Turban TURBO SeaShell Tape Measure

Beautiful, unique tape measure dating to around outlet the 1940s/50s. It is made from a polished mother of pearl turban/turbo seashell that has a slit cut on one side which holds the tape measure. It measures 3 1/2" wide, 2 1/2" high, 3 1/2" deep and is in very good condition with no cracks, chips or other damage to the lovely seashell. I pulled it out the tape about 12" and it retracted back inside albeit a bit slow. Beautiful and functional too!
