This is an absolutely beautiful piece of Debbie Dean pottery. It has been used for display only. It was created by her in 1984. It is a signed piece. It does use one of her popular cobalt blue checkerboard patterns, except in this case, there is a goose looking over her shoulder, and the checkerboard outlet pattern is a tablecloth. There is a green and blue swiped wallpaper, and there are three rings around the picture. The stoneware itself is a grayish, beige and a speckled. The diameter is 9 inches across and it is approximately 2 inches deep. .
