There are many shops, cafes and restaurants near the apartment and three times the week is market day on a place 170 meters away. It is near to three stations of U- and S-Bahn (Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz, Friedenau and Innsbrucker Platz (Circular Railway)) from which and you can reach the center of Berlin fast. A bus station is 200 m (3 min.) away. In the house is a art gallery, tee shop and laundromat, in the neighboring building a natural foods store.
