The "Harlow" is a fully lined dress overlay with 3-dimensional and embroidered butterfly's. The dress measures approx. 26" from shoulder to the bottom hem of the dress. There is beautiful scalloped with butterfly's on the bottom edge of the hem. Long ties for tying a bow in the back of the dress. Button closure finishes off this beautiful outlet dress.
