This is an antique sterling silver baby tooth soother with a mother of pearl soother ring. The body of the soother is a sterling silver bell with clanger. It rattles when shaken.
On the front of the bell there are spaces marked MONTH and DATE where your baby's birth date can be engraved. The bell has not been outlet previously engraved
The soother measures 2 inches high and 1 3/4 of an inch wide on the mother of pearl ring. The rattle is hallmarked sterling in two places.
