TRANSIT GUARANTEE -

It is normal and possible to have slight transit damage such as loose potting medium (moss, soil, pon, etc.) from the shipping process. If a plant arrives with abnormal damage, please send me a message and I will we will work to come up with a resolution (partial refund, refund, replacement). You may or may not be required to return the original plant that was sent. You must message me within 2 hours of delivery and provide outlet me with a photo of the plant, including a close up, as well as the packaging.

Removing foliage, uprooting or repotting, altering the plant in anyway, stolen/lost packages, or notifying me more than 2 hours after delivery voids any partial refunds, refunds, or replacements.

WINTER DELAY OF SHIPPING POLICY -

HelloHoyas will hold orders shipped in the winter until daytime temperatures are above freezing in both the shipping and destination location. If you would like to waive this policy, please send HelloHoyas a message.

Please note that waiving the winter delay of shipping policy is done at the buyer's risk. HelloHoyas packages and insulates plants during winter including shipping paper, thermal wrapping, and polyfill.

Weather reports for order in Winter will be checked the Sunday prior to shipping. If there will be any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified.

COMBINING ORDERS -

If you place an additional order before your original order has been shipped, your orders will be combined for shipping. Any shipping overages will be refunded on the day your package ships.

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY -

HelloHoyas ships on Mondays and Tuesdays. Plants ordered Wednesday-Sunday will be held until the following Monday or Tuesday. All orders are shipped based on the service the buyer requests. It is recommended that the buyer select or upgrade to priority. HelloHoyas will accommodate shipping outside of Monday or Tuesdays at the buyers request.
