I carved the original from wax and then hand cast each one. This sterling silver monkey wrench pin looks just like the one that R. Crumb drew for Edward Abbey's "The Monkeywrench Gang". Dave Foreman commissioned me to design this as a fundraiser for his "Wild Earth Journal". It has realistic detail on the front and sides, and is flat on the back. Dimensions- 7/8"tall x 1/4" across x 2mm thick. The pin is 11mm long, for wearing on thicker clothing, very strong and durable, perfect for the tree sitter ecowarrior in your life! Also available outlet with a shorter 8mm pin, good for wearing on thinner fabrics.
