This is a 16x20in art of a yellow flower on a black canvas. I really wanted to brink life to an old floral outlet piece I created. I wanted to embody stillness, so the subject was yellow flowers I really enjoyed the contract created with this piece using a dark background and the textures created using a pallet knife.
