A vintage heavyweight French white enamel water bucket which has a blue enamel trim around the top rim. From the 1950s. This was probably used either in a bathroom or as a washing bucket for clothes, nappies, house cleaning, etc. A lovely item which is full of vintage charm and character. It is in a beautiful condition with some signs of age (some loss of enamel inside where it is a bit rusty), and rusty around the base. However, it is 100% watertight so can still be used as a bucket. It would look great filled with a huge bouquet of fresh flowers though!
This is a fabulous enamel bucket, in a very good condition, for anyone who loves the shabby chic and vintage look. It would make a fabulous wedding table center piece filled with white and softly scented flowers, or for any special occasion. It would look equally good on a rustic wooden table in the garden filled with wildflowers. A very practical and useful addition to any vintage home!

Colissimo insurance is 23 euros/kg of weight so for more expensive items, there is an option to upgrade the insurance, which is usually between 1 and 4 euros. All items will be very carefully protected and packaged with bubble wrap or other appropriate packing material. I always endeavor to use recycled material, so please do not be surprised if your order comes in a wine box! I don't charge for packaging materials and try as much as possible to recycle packaging when I can. This helps the environment and keeps costs down.
