Anthurium crystallinum is an epiphytic perennial plant with a tropical feel. It's commonly known as Crystal Anthurium after its attractive, oval-shaped, velvety and strongly veined foliage. It is frost tender, so best grown indoors

As somebody who also frequently buys plants online, I understand the excitement of receiving a plant in the mail! I also understand disappointment of receiving something that is not what you anticipated. I do my best to make sure the plants I provide are happy and healthy, however if something is not what you pictured then of course, please feel free to contact me.

Please message us upon delivery of your plant if it is in less than ideal health. Any package that is delivered to you damaged including the content, PLEASE take photographs of both the box and the plant. PLEASE NOTE: The plant will need time to adjust to your environment. Initial cosmetic issues such as browning tips or leaves yellowing can occur. These are results of stress from transit & the shipping process.

Shipping details:


All plants ship USPS priority with $100 USPS insurance that covers shipping delays or handling damages. I pack all plants thoughtfully and exactly how I would want to receive them myself. Unfortunately, shipping is out of my control, and once a plant leaves my care I cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of USPS handling or delayed packages. Damages as a result of USPS are covered under insurance and I am happy to walk you through the process of placing an insurance claim. Please note this must be completed within 24 hours.



*****NEW USPS POLICY UPDATE!!!!!!******* Please be aware that you MUST KEEP YOUR DAMAGED ITEM to show proof of damage to your local USPS to place an insurance claim. This is a new policy. A refund will not be provided without proof of damage brought to your local USPS hub within a certain timeframe (USPS will send a letter providing you with more info after placing a claim on USPS.com). I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about this process!

Refund policy:


Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund will NOT include shipping, as this is a separate cost. Refunds will ONLY be considered if you provide an UNBOXING VIDEO and send it to me within 24 HOURS of arrival. Unboxing videos can be sent my to my email ([email protected]). Please send me a message alerting me if you are sending a video. All plants are inspected, cleaned, and treated before they leave my care. However, accidents do happen and pests are a reality. If your plant shows up with pests, a full refund will be issued provided that the plant is shipped back to me in the condition it was sent. By purchasing a plant, you are in agreement to all terms written above.

We are not liable for damage done to plant by elongated delivery times, heat/cold damage, or mishandling by usps. If you are experiencing poor weather in your area or are out of town and need your package held until a future ship date please send us a message. We are always happy to accommodate any shipping request. When outlet ordering multiple plants that can be combined and shipped in the same box, shipping overages will be refunded to you prior to shipment.
