Item is complete. Wild Bills “waist” section is not in pictures but it is in box. I missed it when packing it up. Winch and propeller works beautifully. Toy is dirty outlet and needs to be cleaned. Wild Bill is in three pieces but if you collect these I'm thinking you can fix him. Large fold out paper is two sided and in good condition.
