Accommodating to almost all boy types and the adjustability can fit 0-8 with great comfort. Built in slip. Does NOT have the metallic threading. I love spell but I have sensitive skin. This piece is very natural outlet feeling and comfortable. However my collection is growing too large. Selling out of my private closet. Has been worn twice (just bought it)and washed with care.
