Five turtles on a blue, green, and amber outlet mug

This is a mug I threw on the wheel using a cone 6 white stoneware body.

I used slip to create raised lines to draw five turtles on the outside of the cup. This drawing process is also known as slip trailing.

The cups range between 4.5" to 5" tall. (The taller cups hold more liquid.)

The handle side of this mug is dipped in a glossy blue glaze, and the opposite side is dipped in a glossy amber glaze. The glaze is green where the two overlap. Both glazes are food safe glazes. outlet
