Needed:

▪️Sage, Palo Santo, Cedar, Rosemary, Bay, Dragons Blood, or other sacred plants or trees. Plants & trees represents the earth element.

▪️An Abalone sea shell is meant to hold and burn the plants. The shell represents the water element.

▪️Matches or a lighter. These outlet represent the fire element.

▪️Feather. This represents the air element.
