It is light staining, but is there. Some of the elastic has lost its stretch on some of them as well from age. Brands include The Obion Company, A Tiny Tots Original, Dainty Delights, Little Bitty, Mine Alone, Carter's, A Little Angel. The rest either don't have tags, or have had the numbers fade off.
