Has the original store price tag intact & attached. The box is in good condition for its age. The top & bottom of the box are slightly pushed in & have some gaps around the edges. There is some rubbing on the edges of the cardboard box outlet. There is crinkling on all the seams of the plastic panels. The back panel has a piece missing. See photos.
