This is a Janie and Jack 2-piece set with the following items: 1) A size 6 light blue and white striped seersucker dress with puffed sleeves, a scoop back, and a white ruffle on the sleeves and around the hem. It buttons up the back and is fully lined. 2) A matching light blue and white striped large bow barrette. This set was only worn a couple of times, overall in EUC. (Note: The number on the tag is a numbering system for myself. I wrote it with a Sharpie, and it has nothing to do with outlet the company.).
