Vintage Porcelain Teacup & Saucer, 1950s Germany - This is a beautiful, rare JKW Josef Kuba Carlsbad Fragonard Cup and Saucer in Excellent Condition. This set has no chips, cracks or crazing, there appears to be no wear marks. These pieces are decorated with outlet four alternating green and red panels, the center of the saucer and panel of the cup are Fragonard romance scenes. The cup and saucer are then accented with gold. This cup and saucer would make a great addition to a set or collection.The under side is marked with the green JKW mark, stamped with Western Germany, and the beehive mark, all this dates the piece to after 1946 - probably from the early 1950s.The cup measures 2 1/4" high, and 5" edge to handle, the saucer measures 5 3/4" in diameter.
