Unsure of brand, they are marked/initialed on outlet the bottom however, possibly handmade. Plates measure 12" long by 9" wide, cups are 3" tall by 3-3.5" in diameter (not counting handle). Plates have indents for cups to sit. Very cute! There are some very minor chips, but no cracks visible.
