Pants are elastic at waist and cuffed at hem. Fabric belt. Fabric is a thick polyester. No size tag. Label reads: Montgomery Ward. Both items have light reddish orange stains throughout. I have not laundered. Not super noticeable unless you're looking. Measurements are taken flat in inches.
