The date on the tube is when this was made. It is not the expiration date!! Put a small amount on a q tip and apply to the area that is torn and let it dry outlet over night. Make sure to wear gloves and only put on the doll. Fixes like new. Make sure to put lid back on or it will dry out, questions please ask.
