Includes two very old and damaged Lionel train boxes. 3 instructions booklets, 1 instruction booklet. 2 things of cords. 3 street lights(one missing the light cover). 394 Rotating Beacon 16 piece train tracks. 12 metal brackets 2 metal knobs 5 decorative plastic signs 1 neat railroad crossing sign. Hasn't been used in years, per previous owner. Not tested. As is condition. Some of the track has areas of rust(nothing rusted through).
