Product code: Outlet La Rose Pourpre Paris Vintage Silver and Pink Earrings
This is a beautiful pair of vintage La Rose Pourpre earrings made in Paris in the 1980's. Very sought after and very hard to find, especially in the pink and silver combination. The top post is a silver rose and the dangle setting is a beaded silver design with a pink resin cabochon center. The resin, as manufactured, has bubbles and lines and shows the rustic silver setting through the back, giving it a variegated appearance. The third and fourth picture show a fissure/line in the resin of one outlet earring; not sure if it was there when made, but it is not broken and does not detract from the appearance of the earring. These were only made in clip earrings, but the clip holds well and is comfortable to wear. 2 1/2" long and 3/4" wide, weighing 13g each. In very good vintage condition.
