Hey, This is the first Premier Edition set of Resident Evil Deck building game. It has all the cards and an instruction manual but no box. If you have one of the outlet expansions though then it should fit into that. Most people combine them all into one box anyway so this is a good way to get the first set cheaper than usual if you already have Alliance or Mercenaries stand alone expansions.
