These quilted cotton place mats really stand out! They smack of freshness and spring and are sure to be noticed. The motif is strawberries in between strips of black, green and white. The backing is a white fabric with motifs of strawberries, strawberry preserves and jars of strawberry jam. It coordinates beautifully with the main print.

The layers are outlet sandwiched with a layer of batting. The straight line quilting has been painstakingly done to follow all the construction seams. The effect is a very labour intensive sturdy piece. You could certainly treat them as reversible place mats!

They are quite large placemats. They measure 17.5" (44 cm) by 12.5" (32 cm).

The fabrics are all premium quality cotton so it will definitely withstand the tests of time.

I would recommend washing in cool water and hanging or laying flat to dry to preserve the vibrant colours.

The item you see in the photos is the exact item you will receive. I have paid particular attention to fabric contents and listed them carefully.

I try to photograph items so that details are apparent. Some colours such as teal greens or teal blues do not photograph in true colours. They tend to appear more blue than they actually are. I will specify that in the descriptions. Some metallics do not photograph well either and I have indicated that when it does.

If you have carefully viewed the photo(s) and read the item description there should be no surprises. For this reason I do not offer refunds.

However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your item, I would be happy to either fix the problem or offer exchange for another item of equal value in my Etsy shop. In the unlikely event that your item requires repair I will reimburse you for the shipping charges to return the item. You will not be charged when the item is shipped back to you.
