RETURN/REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept cancellations within 6 hours of receiving the order. After 6 hours, we refuse to handle the cases where the customer wants to cancel the order.

About refund and return product, we accept you can refund and return within 3 days since delivered. With below conditions:

+ Customers must have pictures, and videos to prove that the product is damaged, not the right model, not the right material as described, the product received does not match the ordered size...... to prove that this is the fault of our store.

+ Only accept returns when the fault of the product belongs to the shop. Products with problems with the size will not be exchanged (unless the shop delivered the wrong one). Therefore, we ask that customers carefully read the product size description before purchasing to avoid causing misunderstandings in our service.
