This outlet is a department of education restricted ipad that i no longer need due to getting another one. This iPad is perfect for school work only. For personal reasons I would not recommend just because you can't download apps or FaceTime or message someone. Unless you bypass the system of course. This iPad also has LTE which comes in handy. No wifi necessary.
