HMH Insignia Sapphire Diamond Gold Filled Stick Or Tie outlet Pin

This terrific tie or stick pin has the initials HMH on the top circle in yellow gold fill with a chevron shaped white gold filled piece beneath set with two small blue outlet sapphires and a single diamond. According to the marks on the back the yellow gold components are 1/20th 12K gold and the white gold is 1/10th 10K gold. The pin is 2 1/4 inches long and 1/4 inches across. It is in excellent condition. We don't know the meaning of the emblem, but it likely represents a company or possibly a hospital. If your intials are HMH, it is senendipitous!
