MATERIALS
Photos are archival Giclée prints with a satin surface. They are printed with premium archival inks on Epson Legacy Platine Paper and expected to last at least 100 years.

SHIPPING
I will ship as quickly as possible. Some prints may ship out within 24 hours and others may take up to 5 days. Prints are sent in sturdy mailers with backing boards to prevent bending. The extra large prints will be sent in a tube. Prints will be sent USPS Priority Mail with tracking. If you want something shipped faster or to be insured, please email me and I will let you know the additional cost.

*DAMAGED: If your package was damaged during transit please let me know right away. Send me a photo of the damaged item so I can remedy the situation and resend your order as soon as possible.

*LOST: When the tracking shows your package has been delivered but it actually hasn't been, please let me know. Checking with your local post office sometimes helps, since they will hold packages for different reasons. I wait for the standard USPS time of outlet 14 business days for domestic U.S. packages to be considered lost to resend a lost item.
