This game comes disc only. It has been professionally resurfaced and doesn't have any scratches at all. It does have slight damage in two spots on the disc shown PHOTOS 4 and 5. The only issue is when you play STORY MODE is takes a little bit longer to load and once it does load the first 2 video sequences skip a little bit. If you hit the "start" button and go right into gameplay you are good to go and can play the game all the way through without any more issues. All other game modes don't have no issues at all. I have tested this disc and outlet it is working aside from the only issue I have explained. I will pack in a spare DVD case and do so with great care and ship the same business day. Enjoy!.
