Epaulets or angel wings, these scalemail armor pieces are eye catching and dramatic with brushed silver anodized aluminum scales on black yarn. Silver colored metal chains front and back add impact. Each scale is permanently attached with two loops of yarn to keep them from flopping. The knitted base allows these epaulets to drape against the body with complete flexibility.
These epaulets measure just over 8" wide and about 5" from point to flat. The point is slighty blunted for more comfortable wearing. The chains help them stay in place, but they may outlet need to be sewn onto a jacket or shirt for complete security. The chains are 15" and 13" long front and back, sized to fit shoulders that would take a size M to XL tee shirt. Let me know if you want them shortened.
