Per antique expert: I believe it was made by a local artist or a studio art gallery for tourist consumption. It does appear to be vintage, probably from the 1960's. The signature is illegible and can not be determined. It is on cavas and attached to wood and ready to be framed for a outlet one of a kind modern century look for you! Approximately 15.5x12 I would say fair/good condition (see pictures) Please note I only use usps and charge what it will cost.
