PS4 for parts comes with powercord outlet and 500GB HardDrive the HardDrive is in the console. The console turns on and goes to main menu I don't know if it plays games I don't have any. I used it as a Blu-ray player I was told it doesn't play games but that may be fixable if you know how to repair it.
