The leather is in good condition, a few small surface marks to outlet the smoother finished leather on the sides, and a few on the bottom. Lining is a multicolored plaid fabric. Good condition. There is a wallet clip inside, and a zip up pocket. The strap is intricately braided leather. It is removable. The hardware has some tarnishing with age, it is possible to have it restored. But it isn't very noticeable, should you wish to leave it as is.
