Handled creamer with the shield of United States Shipping Board. USSB was established in 1916 to help the war effort. The creamer stands approx. 2 1/2 inches tall and was made by Shenango China in 1922, according to the backstamp.

USSB is under the stars and striped shield in black with brown and red bands around the body.
