This pastel colored unicorn mini top hat is the perfect accessory for any tea party. As always, the base of the hat is made from scratch and machine sewn. Wire outlet is sewn around the brim for the best fit. Decorations include: veiling, tulle, glass beads handmade unicorn horn, feathers, flowers and ribbon.

• The ready to ship hat comes with a black elastic. If you would rather have a white elastic,
please specify in buyer's notes.

• How to wear a mini top hat: the elastic headband should be BEHIND your head, under your
hair, not under your chin (i do not recommend wearing it that way).
